Six out of the fourteen Covid-19 patients at federal Medical centre katsina have been discharged and sent home.
The chief medical Director of the center, Dr Bello Suleiman Muhammad who announced this to newsmen at government house katsina said that the feat had been achieved after nineteen days of treatment.
He revealed that the patient with small age is a child of 2 and a half years and the other five were all from Daura.
He said that the remaining 8 patients are receiving treatment and responding well.
Dr Bello Suleiman expressed the hope that five other stable patients would soon test negative twice and be discharge from the center.
The medical Director showered encomiums on various stakeholders that contributed to the successful discharge of the patients.
