Bauchi State MUSLIM PILGRIMS WELFARE BOARD To Partner With Jaiz Bank

The Bauchi State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board has expressed readiness to continue to partner with the Jaiz Bank of Nigeria to ensure the welfare of the state Pilgrims in Nigeria and at the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Executive Secretary of the Board Alh. Abubakar Babangida Tafida Tafidan Giade disclosed this when he received a top management of jaiz Bank, led by the Bank managing Director Mal. Hassan Usman on Courtesy visit today in his office.
Babangida while expressing appreciations for the visit , said the visit will solidify the relationship with the Bank.
He therefore reiterated the Board’s commitment to do all the needful to the Bank, adding that both organisations are on the same page.
Earlier, in his response, the Managing Director of the Jaiz Bank of Nigeria, Malam Hassan Usman thanked the Board for the confidence reposed in them that has led to the Board choosing them as partners in progress.
Mal. Hassan streesed that Jaiz Bank is responsible fir collection of Hadaya fees from Nigerian Pilgrims for onwards delivery to the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) in  Saudi Arabia through the Central Bank of Nigeria.
He added that the Bank has made arrangements to establish a Hajj saving scheme in partners  with the NAHCON and State Muslims Pilgrims Welfare Board.
He called on the Bauchi Pilgrims Board to  join other states in educating and making awareness on the scheme.
