Retired principal staff of Ahmadu Bella University Teaching Hospital, ABUTH, Zaria, who is a laboratory scientist majoring in parasitology, Prof Ayodele I. Adeleye, has said he has discovered cure for Lassa fever scourge.
According to Prof Adeleye, “I discovered the cure from the research I conducted on Ebola virus and kept in my research center at Yaromedicare lab Kaduna.”
Prince Adeleye, who disclosed this to journalists yesterday in Kaduna, said his therapy takes less than a day or two after treatment, and kills the virus directly.
He said he got the Lassa virus cure from Ebola research, the same way he got Ebola virus cure from HIV/AIIDS research he did some years ago.
The claimant, who emerged best graduating student of ABU of their time, also allegedly had breakthrough in so many incurable diseases in recent past, including diabetes and epilepsy, among others.
He noted that, “It’s tough, hectic and expensive on the road to breakthrough,” but promised to assist on free treatment for one or two persons for the start, “for the sake of humanity.” Details later.
