SUSPECTED BANDITS/KIDNAPPERS VANDALIZED MY HOUSE AND CARTED AWAY WITH VITAL DOCUMENTS – WALID JIBRIL

A former Board of Trustees (BoT) chairman Senator Dr. Walid Jibril has announce that recently some suspected Bandits/Kidnappers forcefully entered his rented House at Brains and Hermas Estate Apo 3 FCT Abuja and seriously vandalized the main Bedroom carted away with vital documents.

Senator Dr. Walid Jibril Sarkin Fulani of Nasarawa state revealed this to journalists in Kaduna.

He further said that “they tied my house boy Awwalu and told him that they came to take away 5 billion naira hidden by me and also take away some so- called ammunition kept by me, but unfortunately found nothing at all”.

Walid Jibril continued revealing that ” I was not at home when they came in the afternoon, they forced my house boy Awwalu to the bed room but found nothing”.

Then they took away my house boy away and  later dropped him somewhere after informing him that they took the exercise of looking for such big amount of 5 billion naira and some ammunition kept in the house.

” the bandits came with about 7 Jeep motor Vehicles, 8 persons with sophisticated ammunitions”, Sen Walid revealed.

Senator Walid Jibril said he have since reported the matter to Inspector Genaral of Police who directed the CP FCT to handle the matter and the Commissioner of Police is still on investigation.

I want every one to know that even the Brains and Hermas Estate is fully a rented House to be expired in 3 month time.

” I challenge anybody who is thinking that I have any of such money mention by Bandits. All my Bank accounts are free for checking by any authority, please”.

And ” I never kept such amount of money or any ammunition in my House. It is important also for the general public in the whole world to note that I do not have any personal house in Abuja FCT, also never have any house personal house in my Local Government headquarters in Nasarawa ir any house in Nasarawa state headquarter in Lafiya”.

Just because I want to remain a man of honour and integrity who never worked with the Federal Government for a single reason that I want to remain as company executive in the Nigerian 175 Textiles and now a national life patron of the industry and also a strategic member of the National council of Manufacturers Association of Nigeria.

” I voluntarily resigned from a prestigious position of national  Board of Trusty (BoT) chairman of People Democratic Party which means that I am a true Nigerian politician that served up to that position”, Jibril added
