Kaduna State Urban Planning and Development Authority (KASUPDA) has viewed that, a total of 19 areas regularisation layouts have been approved by the Kaduna State Government.

KASUPDA made available to news men revealed
KASUPDA noted that the approvals were in line with the Kaduna State Government’s gesture and consideration on the issue of encroached government’s land by individuals, communities and other organisations which are subject to demolition but resolved, favoured and approved for the regularisation.
The list of those areas approved layouts for the regularisation are:
NITR, Unguwan Rimi(TPO148),
NAFDAC, Narayi(TPO1180), Chanchangi, Sabon Tasha(TPO1179), Oil Village, Mahuta(TPO1172),
Danbushiya, Millennium City(TPO1173), Sabon Gida, Millennium City(TPO1171), Gidan Daji, Millennium
City(TPO1170), Danhonu1, Millennium City(TPO1209).
Others are: Unguwan Maigero1, Kamazou(TPO1206), Stello, Sabon Tasha(TPO1198), NITEL,
Television(TPO1199), Babban Saura, Kamazou(TPO1202), Chanchangi, Kinkinau(TPO1204), Maigero 2,
Kamazou(TPO1263), Buwaya, Gonin Gora(TPO1210), Gbagyi Villa(TPO1274), Tsohon Kamazou(TPO1271), Kamazou(TPO1272), and Sterling, Mando(TPO1215) respectively.
Affected persons in those areas are hereby called upon to respond positively by processing their buildings permission accordingly.
While, those that commenced the processing but issued with the notifications order for payments or
other neccessary requirements for the approvals but yet to respond are hereby advised to comply with
the directives.
Note: that the Authority has employed various measures to make the obtaining of planning permission quick and simple within the maximum of 2-3 weeks and consideration of reasonable discount for making it affordable.
The Authority stressed that appropriate action will be taken to those who neglected these directives as stipulated by the Law accordingly.
