Body Shaming Is Not The End Of Confidence In Life- Firdausi Adamu

Firdausi Adamu, that some are called “Gimbiya” the chief executive officer, (CEO) Scottish Essential has said that many women are thinking about body shaming negatively which is not so at all.

Firdausi Adamu revealed this while delivering a speech at an event “HER 2026”, as a Guest of honour in Kaduna.

The CEO Scottish Essential, said “I stand before you today not as a women who fits society’s perfect image,but as a woman who refused to let body shaming limit her destiny. I learned that true beauty is not about size or shape, it is all about confidence, self- acceptance and purpose”, she maintained.

Firdausi, added that many women are struggling with body shaming in different forms being judged for being overweight, too slim,too dark or even simply different.

“These words may seem small but they can silence dreams and weaken self belief. So now my message  is simple, that is your body is not your limitation and your appearance does not reduce your worth, every woman deserves to feel confident,respected and valued”, that is according to Firdausi.

Firdausi further says, “let stop judging one another and start uplifting each other, and teach young girls that beauty comes in many forms and that confidence is the greatest beauty any woman can wear”.

HER 2026 is an event that can sensitised women about the situations they are in for guidance and counselling just to build confidence of women
