Kaduna North local government has commenced the flag of 10th of the integrated campaign against *poliovirus, measles, meningitis, covid-19* , and other infected diseases, at the Village Head Palace of Hayin Banki Kawo Kaduna, the Vice-chairman, Hon. Naziru Sunusi Abubakar represented the Chairman of Kaduna North Local Area Hon. Mukhtar Lawal Baloni.

During the Inaugural Address Hon. Naziru Sunusi Abubakar called on all parents to bring their children during the immunization drive to ensure the tackle of the disease.
He also assured that the drug is safety to the public and it’s free of charge, and called on parents, especially women, to take care of their children before the onset of the disease.
Also in his speech, the Secretary of Health Dr. Cephas Biya lauded the support extended from the people of Kaduna North Local Government Area during the vaccination drive and also appealed to parents to continue to support their children during the vaccinations exercise to Achieve Success to tackle this Infectious disease among the children.
Tsaiba Usman from *The African Field Epidemiology Network on (AFENET)* commended Kaduna North Local Government Area under the leadership of the Chairman of Kaduna North Local Government Area *Hon. Mukhtar Lawal Baloni,* for his part in raising awareness of the ongoing immunization drive, called on mothers to give their children special care to improve their future and urged their fathers to give full support to ensure that their children are vaccinated.
Hajiya Mariya Nasir National Primary Health Care Development Agency also touches on the parents and the general public who attended the event which was held at the Village Head of Hayin Banki Kawo Kaduna palace, She recommended administering the vaccine, especially the Covid-19 vaccine.
In his vote of thanks, Nasiru Babangida made the remarks on behalf of the Kaduna North Local Government Area Health Commission along with other health organizations and the public who attended the launch and wished everyone a safe return
