KASUPDA INSPECTS COMPLAINT AREAS

The management of the Kaduna State Urban Planning and Development Authority(KASUPDA) has visited complaint sites within Kaduna Metropolis.

The team which was led by the Director General, Bldr. Abdurrahman Yahya(Ph.D) inspected sites that forwarded a complaint or request.

In a statement issued by the Assistant Director, Public Affairs Unit of the Authority, Nuhu Garba Dan’ayamaka said that the visit to the complaint areas is part of the DG’s initiative to resolve planning issues within the state.

Areas visited include: KTC Kawo, Sambo close, Millennium City, U/Rimi, Kachia Road, T/Wada among others.

The complaints inspected were on the issues of encroachment, blockage of water way, access road and substandard developments as well some requests for additional developments.

In view of the complaints, the DG directed those concerns to be issued an invitation letter for further discussion with the authority to resolve the issues.
