Tribunal Affirmed Election Of Senator Sunday Marshall Katung

….Victory for the good People Of Southern Kaduna

The National and State House of Assembly Election Tribunal, Holden at Kaduna has just affirmed the election if  Senator Sunday Marshall Katung of Kaduna South Senatorial District.

Accordieng to what the senator wrote of his facebook page “Their lordships, in a unanimous decision dismissed a petition brought against me by my brother, Mr. Michael Ayuba Auta of the Labour Party”.

“My greatest gratitude and appreciation goes to God Almighty who gave us the strength & wherewithal  to be where we are today”, Sunday Marshall added.

He further said that “I  appreciate the tribunal for the judgment and the commitment to upholding justice”.

Senator Marshall Katung then Commended Samuel Atung SAN for a job well done “I would also like to express my appreciation to my dear brother, Samuel Atung SAN and his team for pursuing the case with dignity and civility. Your dedication to the legal process is commendable”.

 “To my dear brother, Mr Michael Ayuba Auta, you have done nothing wrong in exercising your constitutional right by participating in the 2023 general elections and the judicial process, which just affirmed by victory. Lets join hands to collectively develop  our zone. Together, we can achieve great things for our community and people”.

Lastly, I want to thank the people of Southern Kaduna for their unwavering support and resilience throughout the judicial process. I thank you for the mandate you freely gave me to serve our fatherland.

You have spoken loud, and I have heard you. Your faith in our cause is deeply valued. By the grace of God Almighty, I will never disappoint you.
