The chairman of All Progressive Congress APC in Borno state, Alhaji Ali Bukar Dalori has described the state governor Professor Babagana Umara Zulum, as a leader of proven integrity who contributed in no small way to the transformation of Borno state .
The APC chairman showered the encomiums on the governor in a telephone interview with Journalists in Kaduna .
He identified the governor as a man of wisdom and honest leader who loved his people at heart and sacrificed his life for their betterment.
Alhaji Ali Dalori also commended the commitment and doggedness of governor Babagana Umara Zulum for undertaking five hundred and fifty sux projects in Borno state in just two years .
The Party chiefdom who is also the National Chairmen of the APC Chairmen’s forum in the country, described governor Umara Zulum’s landmark achievements as unprecedented towards transforming Borno state .
He further expressed appreciation for the governor’s effort towards revolutionising the education, health, agriculture and other key sectors of the economy, as well as job creation, social services, poverty alleviation and provision of food to the internally displaced persons IDPS .
Alhaji Ali Bukar Dalori who identified the achievements recorded by the governor as unparalleled and unprecedented in annals of the history of Borno state, urged other governors in the country to emulate such patriotic gesture to uplift their people .
The APC Chairman also commended the governor for making the governance responsible and accountable to the yearnings and aspirations of the people of Borno state, emphasising that his name will be written in gold in the history of the state .
He noted that since his assumption of office as governor, Professor Babagana Umara Zulum was able to undertake complete revolution of the state civil service .
On the issue of security, Alhaji Ali Dalori stressed that despite all efforts by some disgruntled elements and enemies of Borno state to bring down the administration of the governor he was abled to steer the affairs of the state successfully .
He also expressed appreciation to the immediate past governor, Senator Bukar Kashim Shettima for introducing Professor Babagana Umara Zulum to the people of Borno state whom he noted had recorded tremendous achievements in the state .
The APC Chairman therefore appealed to the people to continue to support the governor in all his endeavours to help uplift the state .
