A Non-Governmental organization, Jama’a Foundation requested the Kaduna state government to support the project of building a medical center in Kafanchan which will compliment efforts of the government in providing health care to the people.
The BoT chairman of the Foundation, Alhaji Bala Adamu (Sarkin Yakin Jama’a), made the request at the office of the Deputy Governor of Kaduna state, Dr. Hadiza Sabuwa Balarabe when they paid her a courtesy visit Tuesday.
Adamu, said they are building the medical center through self-help, and requested for the completion of the facility.
The Foundation also used the opportunity and commended the state government for the investment it is making to provide infrastructure in the three major cities in the state: Kafanchan, Kaduna and Zaria.
Adamu also said they came to express gratitude to KDSG for inviting President Muhammadu Buhari to Kafanchan to commission some roads constructed under the urban renewal program.
