Kaduna Speaker Commiserates With Victims Of Attacks Across State
The Chairman of the Northern Speakers Forum and Speaker, Kaduna State House of Assembly, Rt. Honourable Yusuf Ibrahim Zailani Garkuwan Musabakar Qurani has commisserated with the victims and families of bandits attacks across three local government areas of Kaduna State on Friday, leading to 13 deaths and seven injured.
He expressed this in a statement signed by his Chief of Staff Haruna Jafaru Sambo and made available to newsmen in Kaduna.
“We are once again saddened by the action of criminal elements leading to the death of seven citizens of our state,” he said.
Rt. Honourable Zailani prayed for quick recovery of those injured, while condoled the families of the deceased.
“Criminals are only out to create tension and fear in communities, disrupting the peace they enjoy. Let’s all unite and expose them every where they are,” he said.
He urged affected communities to remain calm, while tasking security agencies to redouble efforts at apprehending the killers and bring them to book.
It would be recalled that the attacks affected communities in Zangon Kataf, Kauru and Chikun local government areas.
