KASUPDA To holds ‘2nd Public Complaint Week

Arrangement have been concluded by the Kaduna State Urban Planning and Development Authority(KASUPDA) to commence its ‘2nd public complaint week’ programme.

In a statement issued to the press by the Public Relations Executive(PRE), of the Authority,  Nuhu Garba Dan’ayamaka said preparation have been put in place by KASUPDA to hold the programme scheduled Monday 9th – Thursday 12th, December, 2024 by 9:00am – 12:00pm daily.

The Director General of the Authority, Bldr. Abdurrahman Yahya, Ph.D maintained that the ‘public complaint week’ was organised to listen and entertain all complaints, questions and suggestions in order to enhance better service delivery to the public.

The DG further explained that the programme will served as an opportunity for the general public to meet physically with the Authority and other sister Agencies, so as to lay their complaints, suggestions and other necessary recommendations that will assist to improve the Authority’s performance and resolve issues for the greatness of Kaduna State.

In the light of this, the Authority wishes to inform and invite as well as to encourage the general public to fully participated in the interactive session so as to enable KASUPDA work toward a more developed and prosperious Kaduna State, the statement added.
