Wife of Kebbi State governor, Hajiya Zainab Nasare Nasir Idris took steps to engage primary stakeholders in the push.
Hajiya Nasare in her renewed efforts, according to a release weekend by her Press Secretary, Khadijat Sa’idu urged parents and guardians in the state to enroll their wards into schools while launching a responsive awareness campaign on the significance of education especially at the basic level.
According to her, no meaningful development could be achieved without education, advising parents not to relent nor get demoralized in supporting the education of their wards despite the current economic hardship.
She assured of social intervention programs that would be rolled out on education which would also provide window for parent empowerment inorder to attract families to enroll their wards and parent to be self-reliant.
In this light, Hajiya Nasare added” Children will not merely deep their toes into the water of knowledge but must swim until they reach the shores of completion.
” The significance of this journey lies not only in personal accomplishment but in the transformative power it provides for society at large.
“It is only education that will give you an equal opportunity to contribute to the development of your communities, State, and the nation at large. I urge parents and guardians to send their wards to school. Zainab said.
