Mal Saidu Idris Dibis, the Special Assistant Sports on Matters to the executive governor of Kaduna state, has been honored with an award of recognition from Hamada Radio and Television, one of the rapidly expanding media houses in Nigeria, owned by Ambassador Mamman Yusuf.
