Sokoto: Ex-HOS solicits support for successor

Former Head of the Civil Service in Sokoto State, Alhaji Sani Garba Shuni, has solicited sustained support to his successor, Alhaji Abubakar Muhammad,mni.
Shuni spoke, Friday ,when he handed over to Muhammad,at a brief ceremony in Sokoto.
The former HOS extolled the high level of support and cooperation he had received from all the cadres of workers in the state .
According to him, extending same tempo of support to Muhammad, mni, would enable him to take the state’s civil service to greater heights.
Responding, the new HOS promised to run an open door policy, so as to sustain the towering achievements of his predecessor.
He commended Governor Aminu Waziri Tambuwal for reposing tremendous confidence in him and vowed not to disppoint him, as well as the people of the state .
Muhammad,a Veteran Journalist, was until his appointment, the Permanent Secretary, Sokoto State Ministry of Health .
