As Nigeria marks 22 years of uniterrupted civil rule , Chairman Chanchangi Airlines Alhaji Musa Ahmadu Ahmadu Chanchangi has joined other prominent Nigerians in celebrating the nation’s democracy day .
In a statement to newsmen , Alhaji Chanchangi expressed optimism and hope in a better future for Nigeria , saying the largest Black nation on earth stood a chance of achieving greatness in the nearest future despite barrage of challenges being faced across the country.
The CEO of the Kaduna based airline however , sued for commitments from Nigeria’s policy makers to put country forward above personal interests , declaring that good and progressive policies , particularly those made to give leverage to business entities were panacea to repositioning the country for a brighter tomorrow.
He urged all Nigerians , particularly those agitating for one deal or the other to shield their swords , renew faith in one Nigeria and see reasons why the country should remain indivisible , strong and virile entity capable of competing with great nations on global stage.
The captain of industry recalled with nostalgia golden years when Nigerians were united under one destiny , goal and service to father land , calling for a rekindle of the past so the present generation would bequeath a unified federation to upcoming generations.
While commending the Director General of Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority ( NCAA ) Capt. Musa Nuhu for repositioning the nation’s aviation industry for professionalism , efficiency and in tune with global best practices , Chanchangi enjoined airline operators to support the nation’s regulatory body to achieve goals and objectives of ensuring safer skies over Nigeria.
While paying glowing tributes to Governor elRufai , he pledged to contribute his quota towards developing Kaduna economy , Nigeria’s businesses through seamless air transport services.
