The president of the group Ismaila Mohammed Yakubu declared open support for Engr. David Nweze Umahi on behalf of CAYGG, stating that sometimes in February, the Concerned Northern APC Youth Forum approached CAYGG, soliciting for support for Umahi President, he said that after due consultation and investigation, that the CAYGG has come to terms that the way forward is to support equity and that by so doing, declare support for Igbo Presidency come 2023 since in Engr. David Umahi, they have find a worthy candidate.

He thereby call on all and sundry to come on board to support this noble course.

He applaud all Northern Nigerian Youths for seeing beyond there sleeves to support the Nigeria agenda which transverse beyond the North to every part of Nigeria.
