MAAUN Condoles foreign student over father’s death in Gaza

 

The Management of Maryam Abacha American University of Nigeria (MAAUN), Kano, has extended its condolences to one of its foreign students, Moamen Muhammad Al-Maghari over the death of his father, Muhammad Al-Maghari following the bombing of Gaza by Israeli forces.

In a condolence message on Sunday by the President of the university, Prof. (Dr.) Mohammad Israr, expressed deep shock over the death of the deceased who was a renowned businessman.

Aged 60, late Muhammad Al-Maghari was a renowned businessman in Gaza.

He described the death of Muhammad Al-Maghari as a great loss not only to his immediate family, but to his relatives, friends and associates.

Prof. Israr who commiserated with the bereaved student, prayed to Almighty Allah to comfort the family of the deceased and give them the strength to bear the huge loss.

“On behalf of the President of MAAUN Group of Universities, Prof. Adamu Abubakar Gwarzo and Management of Maryam Abacha American University of Nigeria, I wish to extend our condolences to family, friends and associates of the deceased, ” Prof. Israr said.

He also prayed to Almighty Allah to forgive the deceased and admit him in Jannatul Firdaus.

The deceased, who left behind nine children and 17 grandchildren had since been buried in accordance with the Islamic rites.
