Man Arrested In Kebbi After Disguising As A Lady To Sleep With Neighbour’s Wife

A Federal High Court sitting in Nassarawa area of Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State, has remanded a 24 year old Man, Abubakar Garba, after he disguised like a female by using hijab and entered his neighbour house in an attempt to rape the neighbour’s wife.

The incicidence occured yesterday in Asarara, Birnin Kebbi local government area of the state. The man was arrrested by the police following a complain by the house owner, Aliyu Hakimi, who alleged that Abubakar Garba broke in to his house with female clothing and attemted to lure his wife in to extramarital affairs.

However, his wife, Hauwa Aliyu, refused to cooperate with the suspect and sought help from her neighbours which lead to his arrest. In his response, Abubakar Garba accepted that he committed the offence but urge the court to grant him amnesty for committing the crime.

The chief judege of the court, Mu’awaya Shehu Birnin Kebbi asked the police to keep the suspect in their custody before next week when the final judgement on the matter will be delivered by the court.
