The general public is invited to take note that the Executive Order signed yesterday by Governor Aminu Bello Masari of Katsina State banning the use of motor cycle between the hours of 7.00pm to 6.00am does not affect tricycle, better known as KEKE NAPEP.

For the purpose of clarity, the order, which is backed by Section 5, Sub Section 2 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria is only applicable and limited to motorcycle.
Tricycle owners, riders and users are therefore advised to disregard the earlier announcement made yesterday suggesting its inclusion
