The Chieftain of the All Progressive Congress (APC) Alhaji Shehu J Muhammad, said the former National Secretary All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) and Honorary Adviser to Zamfara state Governor Alhaji Dr. Sani Abdullahi Shinkafi (Wamban Shinkafi), deserved to be the next APC National Chairman.
Alhaji Shehu J made the assertion in an interview with journalists in Gusau, stated that Dr. Shinkafi considered to be the best among all the APC contenders vying for the highest position of the Party.
Shehu J who is the state APC Assistant Welfare Secretary and Vice Chairman Anti illegal Mining Committee, explained that Dr. Shinkafi possessed all the quality leadership to hold the party considering his tracked records in politics both at National and state levels.
“In fact, Dr. Sani Abdullahi is the best man for the job. His democratic credentials and experience in party management towers him above all other aspirants to the exalted office of the National Chairman of our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), he will ensure there’s peace, execute and implement good governance in our party and carry everyone along, from the wards to the National level”.
Shehu J further said Wamban Shinkafi’s wide experience as the immediate past National Secretary of the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) and the immediate past Secretary of the Board of Trustees of APGA qualified him to have what it takes to run the affairs of APC.
He also pointed out that the APC has very sound policies and programmes that practicable, aimed at changing the fortunes of Nigerians, stressing that Dr. Shinkafi has the capabilities considering his varse experience to lead as the National Chairman.
“In this regard, I would like to seize this opportunity to called the attention of our teaming supporters of our great party APC to come up enmass and their support Dr. Sani Abdullahi Shinkafi as the only experienced contender that would lead APC to the next level”.
Alhaji Shehu J therefore called on all members of All Progressive Congress (APC) in the country to rally round and cast their votes for Dr. Sani Abdullahi Shinkafi as National Chairman of the party in the forthcoming National Conversation of APC scheduled to hold on the 26th February, 2022.
