The Zamfara state All Progressives Congress APC has today met with another set of its loyalists hitherto supporters of Sen. Kabiru Garba Marafa from Zamfara North Senatorial District in order to fine tune majors to further win more support that will see to the total victory of the party in all elective positions in the 2023 general elections.

The meeting which held at the party’s state Headquarters Bye-Pass Road, Gusau, was chaired by the state APC Chairman Hon Tukur Umar Danfulani.
Speaking on behalf of the group, Alhaji Surajo Garba Maikatako informed the party Chairman that they were at the party’s state Secretariat to reaffirm their loyalty and confidence in the chances of the party in the coming elections.
Maikatako said the group which had mobilized support for the party in the past, has continued to take advantage of its good relationship with individuals and groups throughout the state to garner more support and supporters to the party.
He also appealed that his members in the north senatorial district want the party to always carry them along in all party activities right from polling units, wards, local government and State level
He said some of them were not happy over their exclusion in most of the party activities especially at their zone which he described as not carrying them along.
He commended the chairman and members of the State Working Committee for running the party with honesty, fairness and focus assuring to remain strongly behind the leadership.
Responding, the state party Chairman, Hon. Tukur Umar Danfulani commended the commitment and resilience of the group in the effort to move the APC to greatness.
Chairman reiterated his drive in carrying all members along promising to support and encourage every move that will impact positively on the party and the good people of Zamfara.
The chairman then donated the sum of N2 million to cover for logistics of the group.
The meeting was attended by the State APC Deputy Chairman, Alhaji Hassan Marafa Damri, Secretary Alhaji Ibrahim Umar Dangaladima, Publicity Secretary,Mallam Yusuf Idris Gusau, Welfare Secretary, Alhaji Bashir Idris Ataka, Organising Secretary, Alhaji Bashir Ahmad, Youth leader, Alhaji Musa Ardo Idris and Assistant Publicity Secretary, Junaidu Attahiru Dosara and many Party Supporters and well-wishers
