Sokoto: INEC issues Certificates of Return to State Assembly Members-elect From Mohammed Salisu in Sokoto The Independent National Electoral( INEC), Sokoto State Office, on Tuesday issued Certificates of Return to Members – elect in the just concluded suplementary elections, held on Saturday, 25th January, 2020. This is contained in a statement signed by Muhammad Musa, Head, Publicity and Voter Education snd issued to newsmen in Sokoto. The statement said that, the members were that for Binji State Constituency, Umaru Sahabi (PDP), and Sokoto II State Constituency, Ibrahim Arzika Sarki (PDP).
