A pre- mortem meeting on the conduct of the exercise was this Sunday held, which was presided over by the Chairman of the committee, Alhaji Rabi’u Abdu Ruma and attended with 19 members of the committee.
The Chairman announced that fifteen Ministries Departments and Agencies-MDAs have been shortlisted for the first day of the exercise.
Alhaji Rabi’u Ruma listed the affected MDAs to include KTSTA, SEMA, Mathematical centre, MOWH&T, FASCOT,KASSAROTA and Ministry of Sports and social Development.
Others he said are the Sports Council, Water Board, Bureau of Public Procurement and Science and Technical Education Board.
He said the rest include Government Printer, KTTV, and SEPA.
Alhaji Rabi’u Ruma revealed that the exercise will commence at ten o’clock in the morning and close at five o’clock in the evening of everyday.
The Chairman requested Directors of Administration and supplies- DAS to ensure compliance with the terms of reference of the committee as forwarded in their letters from the committee.
